Please read these terms carefully before using the bdt99 platform — each clause defines your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the bdt99 platform and the user ("you" or "member"). bdt99 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for sports and entertainment enthusiasts in Bangladesh.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you unconditionally accept every clause of these Terms. bdt99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the platform after revised Terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms as well.
All content on the bdt99 platform — games, gaming software, graphics, layouts, text elements, and logos — is entirely the intellectual property of bdt99. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration & Identity Verification
Membership on bdt99 is entirely voluntary. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual creates multiple accounts — whether using the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — bdt99 reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and seize the associated funds.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before any withdrawal or transaction above a specified limit, bdt99 may request identity verification documents. Required documents may include:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account
- Proof of current address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
- Live selfie or face verification (if required)
Failure to submit documents, or submission of insufficient documents, may result in temporary restrictions on account activity.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are required to contact us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. bdt99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
3. Age Verification & Eligibility
bdt99 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bdt99 may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in account suspension and seizure of funds.
Any transaction made on behalf of a minor (under 21) will be considered void and the associated funds will not be refunded. Operating an account by concealing one's age may be subject to legal action.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into bdt99:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
Deposited funds are credited directly to the gaming wallet. If the deposit amount is incorrect or a technical issue occurs during a transaction, notify the support team immediately.
4.2 Withdrawal
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be approved:
- KYC verification must be completed
- Withdrawals must follow the policy of using the same payment method used for the deposit
- Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fully met
- The account must be verified and active
If fraud is suspected, bdt99 reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal process and conduct additional verification.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bdt99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Wagering multiplier: 15x.
Example: Complete ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets, and winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period; a bonus will be considered void once it expires.
- Placing low-risk or opposing bets on the same market using bonus funds is prohibited.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- bdt99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. It is entirely your responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet. bdt99 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted in error due to technical faults.
6.2 Result Determination
bdt99's system is the final authority in determining game results. In the event of any dispute, bdt99's decision will be considered final. Sports bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.
6.3 Software & Technology Failure
In the event of server downtime, network outages, or unexpected software errors, bdt99 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return the associated funds. bdt99 is not liable for third-party technology failures.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt99 platform:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity — creating accounts with false information, misusing bonuses.
- Placing bets using automated software (bots, scripts, or AI tools).
- Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method.
- Identity fraud — operating an account using another person's information.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or sending offensive messages to other members.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated funds will be seized.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 bdt99's Rights
bdt99 may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Court order or legal obligation
8.2 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed; however, bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
bdt99 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology. Your personal information is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

In any circumstance, bdt99's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited into your account within 30 days of the relevant incident.
